As part of its purchase of the St. Louis Blues and Scottrade Center, SCP also purchased the lease to the famed Kiel Opera House. The Opera House, which is adjacent to Scottrade Center, opened in 1934 and is one of the most famous entertainment halls in the country. Long considered an architectural masterpiece, it is one of the jewels of St. Louis. With SCP's experience in significant historical renovation projects like New York's Radio City Music Hall, it plans to revitalize the building and restore it to its original luster, lore and significance.
